How to connect to a staff Chromebook to a ScreenBeam

Purpose: This article provides step-by-step instructions for connecting your Staff Chromebook to a ScreenBeam.

Notes: If you are extending your screen with a dummy plug, the instructions will differ slightly. Please refer to this article Extending a Screen on Chrome OS .

Instructions:

1. Tap the menu button in the lower-right corner to open the settings list, then select Cast Screen.

2. You will see a list of ScreenBeams assigned to each room in your building. After selecting the one for your room, your Chromebook screen should instantly connect to the ScreenBeam and display on the projector.
