Clearing Cache and Cookies (Firefox)

Instructions:

  1. In Firefox, click the application menu (three horizontal bars in the upper-right corner), then select History.

  1. Next, select Clear recent history….

  1. Set the time range to Everything, then check both Cookies and Site Data and Temporary Cached files and pages. Finally, click Clear.

  1. On a Windows computer, simply close and reopen Chrome for the changes to take effect. On a Mac, go to the Chrome menu in the top menu bar and select Quit before reopening the browser.
