Power Washing a Student Lenovo Chromebook

Instructions:

  1. While on the login screen, press and hold Shift + Ctrl + Alt + R to begin the reset process.

  2. You should then see a screen asking if you want to reset the Chromebook. Select Powerwash to continue.

  1. It will then ask you to confirm. Go ahead and click Continue to proceed.

  1. The screen will display a series of loading screens. You do not need to touch or select anything during this process.

  2. Eventually, you will see a screen that says Getting device ready, followed by an Enterprise Enrollment screen.

  1. Next, you should see a screen that says the enterprise enrollment has been completed. Go ahead and select Done.
