How to Set the Adobe Acrobat Extension as Default for PDFs on a Chromebook

Instructions:

  1. On a Chromebook, open Chrome and install the Adobe Acrobat: PDF Edit, Convert, Sign Tools extension.

  1. Once the extension is installed, navigate to the Manage Extensions menu by clicking the three dots in the upper-right corner, then selecting ExtensionsManage Extensions.

  1. Locate the Adobe Acrobat: PDF Edit, Convert, Sign Tools extension and click Details.

  1. Make sure the “Allow access to file URLs” option is toggled on.
