How to Update a Chromebook
Audience: Staff and Students
Purpose: The purpose of this article is to show students and staff how to update a Chromebook.
Instructions:
Sign into the Chromebook.
Select the menu in the lower-left corner, then choose the Settings (gear) icon.
In the left-hand panel, select About ChromeOS, then choose Check for updates.
Your Chromebook may need to restart after the update. Once you restart your device, it’s usually a good idea to check for additional updates.
