Extending a Screen on Chrome OS

Audience: Staff

Purpose: The purpose of this article is to show staff how to extend their Chromebook Screen when casting on Chrome OS.

Instructions:

  1. Ensure your HDMI “Plug” is inserted into the HDMI port on your Chromebook

  1. Open the Cast Screen menu on your staff Chromebook and connect to the ScreenBeam. When prompted, choose which content you want to share, then select “Woieyeks-4K.” Once selected, the projector will appear as an extended display from your computer.
