Purpose: The purpose of this article is to show how to set a default printer and remove printers on a Windows device.

Installing Printers
Install PaperCut through Software Center (PC).
Find the Software Center on your toolbar.
THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO MAC USERS AT THIS TIME.
Search for PaperCut, and click the green icon to install.
Installation might take up to 10 minutes.
Your taskbar should have a new icon in the bottom right corner.
Click View Printers to open.
Click Add Printers to see installation.
Type the initials of the school you are trying to connect in to see on those printers:
SEMS for Southeast Middle School
LBTY for Liberty High School
etc.
Click the Install button next to the desired printer(s).
Repeat the process for each printer you would like.
Change your printer destination.
Select See More.
Scroll to your newly installed printers.
Setting a Default Printer
Click the Windows icon in the lower left corner of the screen and select the Settings icon.
As a shortcut, hold the Windows key and I on your keyboard.
On the Windows Settings window that pops up, select Devices.
Select Printers & Scanners on the left side bar.
This will bring up a list of all the printers currently installed on your computer.
If you want to manually set a printer as default, scroll down and un-check Let Windows manage my default printer.
You can then click on the printer you want to select as default and click Manage.
Then select Set as default.
Removing a Printer
Repeat the steps above, which brings you to your list of installed printers.
Click on the printer you wish to remove and select Remove Device.
The printer should then disappear from your list of printers.
